Join the FHSLA Mentorship Program!
The FHSLA Membership committee invites you to participate in the FHSLA Mentorship Program! Whether you are a student, a new librarian acclimating to health librarianship or a seasoned professional looking to share your experience and foster career development, this program is designed to support you.
Program Highlights:
Goal: Support professional growth and identify career development opportunities.
Duration: ~6 months (designed to follow student-based semesters), with monthly meetings (minimum once a month).
Structure: The Membership Committee will match mentors and mentees based on interests and provide check-ins throughout the process.
Activities: Resume reviews, career goal setting, networking, mock scenarios, and discussing professional challenges.
