FHSLA | 2011 Annual Meeting

The membership voted to hold a virtual business meeting this year to control travelling expenses as SC/MLA was held in Florida just five months prior to our regularly held meeting. Since the University of Florida Smathers Libraries are members of the Northeast Florida Library Network (NEFLIN), we worked with them to set up the virtual meeting. Ms. Patty Morris, the Continuing Education Coordinator at NEFLIN, worked closely with FHSLA officers to schedule, test and activate the GoToWebinar service for the meeting. We want to extend a big Thank You to Ms. Morris and NEFLIN for their cooperation and support for FHSLA's virtual business meeting. Members were able to participate at one of the host institutions or from their desktop.
